Salon Etiquette
At AesthÄ“, we’ve intentionally created a calm, restorative space for you to relax, unwind, and feel truly cared for. To help preserve this environment for everyone, we kindly ask that mobile phones are placed on silent during your visit, allowing you and others to fully enjoy the peaceful experience.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we’re unable to accommodate children within the clinic. Our space contains specialised equipment that isn’t safe for little ones to be around, and this policy helps us maintain a serene and secure environment.

Where possible, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for any consultation forms or updates, ensuring your appointment begins smoothly and without feeling rushed.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and if you’re running late, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible by calling the clinic. Where possible, we will always do our best to accommodate small delays of up to 5–10 minutes. If you arrive more than 50% into your scheduled treatment time, we will be unable to proceed with your service and this will be considered a no-show, with our cancellation policy applying.

AesthÄ“ operates with a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the booking deposit. If you need to cancel outside of this period, your deposit will be credited to your file and can be used toward a future appointment. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 0435 115 641.
